Objective Realty Aruba is a real estate agency based at Shiribana 12B, Aruba. We are the controller of the personal information described on this page. You can reach us at info@objective-realty.com or +297 592-4888.

We only collect what you choose to send through the forms and contact channels on this site:

• Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in the message field.
• Property qualifier and valuation requests: your buying, selling or investment goal, budget range, areas of interest, and property type.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.
• Country of residence, when you provide it on the contact form.
• Messages you send us through WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, which we handle in the same way as email enquiries.

We do not ask for and do not want financial account numbers, passport numbers, or copies of identity documents through this website. Those are only ever handled directly by the notary and the bank at the appropriate stage of a transaction.

• A Google Click Identifier (gclid) stored in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days, so we can tell which advertisement led to an enquiry.
• Your cookie choice, stored in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every visit.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting providers, including IP address and browser type.

We use the Google tag for Google Ads conversion measurement. It runs under Google Consent Mode v2, and advertising and analytics storage are set to denied by default. Nothing is written for advertising or analytics purposes until you press Accept on the cookie banner.

If you press Decline, or simply never accept, we do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The site works normally either way.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies and local storage in your browser, which makes the banner appear again on your next visit.

We measure conversions such as form submissions and clicks on our WhatsApp, phone and email links. This tells us that an advertisement worked; it does not tell Google who you are.

• To answer your enquiry and advise you on buying, selling, renting or investing in Aruba property.
• To send property matches, valuations and follow-up relevant to what you asked for.
• To send our newsletter, if you signed up for it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
• To measure which advertising and pages actually generate enquiries, so we spend our advertising budget sensibly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use a small number of established service providers, who process data only on our instructions:

• Supabase, for the database that stores enquiries and our client records.
• Vercel, for website hosting and delivery.
• Google, for advertising and conversion measurement.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you contact us through those platforms.
• Our email provider, to deliver enquiry notifications to our team and newsletters to subscribers.

Some of these providers operate servers outside Aruba, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual protections.

Enquiries and client records are kept for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep transaction records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Advertising cookies expire within 90 days.

You can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop sending you marketing, at any time.

Write to info@objective-realty.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are contacting us from the European Union or the Netherlands, we handle these requests to GDPR standards.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems. No online service can promise perfect security, but we limit who on our team can see enquiry data and we review that access.

This site is intended for adults doing property research. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
